7 weeks pregnant and extremely bloated!!?

ok so im 7 weeks pregnant this week and i weighed about 115 when i found out i was pregnant well i have only gained a few pounds about 3 and i look like i have gained 10 im so bloated and i wanted to kno if there is anything i can do to make it go away i was so used to being so small and now i have this and its making me feel disgusting i kno im pregnant but to look like this so early on i just feel gross please help thank u
