Severe head, neck, back pain.. Please answer!?

I was in a severe car accident 4 years ago. At the time I had no medical insurance and wasnt able to finish treatments. Ever since then I have suffered with back and neck pain. Just this past month I started experiencing severe right back sided head pain. The neurologist said I have some torn muscles in my neck and will need physical therapy. However now my back pain has gotten really severe. Im really worried about what kind of neck and back damage I have. Im supposed to go in for an xray of my neck and back but I dont know how long I can wait. I feel as though I cant do anything. I cant take anymore pain, especially while trying to take care of our 2 small children. Any advice? Suggestions?
