What did i do to my elbow and what should i do about it?

i hurt my elbow by hitting the middle of it on the corner of a wall and it really hurts to move it but hurts even when i dont move it. also my fingers hurt a little and the rest of my arm so what should i do? is it worth going to the ER to get a xray?
