Is my knuckle broken?

I punched a wall at school today, because I got angry, I've done it 100's of times before, It kills when I move my little finger upward, and it seems there is a lump just behind my little finger knuckle, when I press it, it hurts, and also when I move my hand into a fist over and over again, I can feel creaking, and also can feel it when I put my finger on it. Should I get an Xray?
