Anyone had this or think it is gerd?

I started to get chest pains and shoulder pains about 1 month ago. I had a stress test and a EKG. they both came back fine. Ive had xrays of my chest and it came back fine. I get them more when i eat and lay down at night. My doc told me its heartburn. I know what hart burn is and it burns this don't burn. and i also find myself burping ALOT not. I am about 250 and 5'11. and one have this or have had this and give me some ideas.
