What direction do i go? Whats wrong with me?

spiking fever every 12-14hrs and deep headaches for 10 days. 3 sets of blood tests and 2 urine one ultrasound of insides one chest xray. My blood and urine lows r WBC, platelets, ANC, lymphocyte, Vitamin D and LDL-C. Blood and urine highs r bilirubin(urine), C-Reactive protein(4x high) and hemoglobin. The fevers and headaches r interfearing with my job and socicial life. Anyone know a direction to go?
