What should i do about my stomach problem?

i have had stomach pains for the past two months. recently i have injured my back and i had to get xrays and a lot of scans done that use radiation. Around the time of these scans my stomach has started to hurt. i have had constant diarrhea and have even thrown up. do i have radiation poisoning? or do i just have some stomach flu?
